Ejaculation
Ejaculation is the expulsion (usually jet) of a biological fluid, approaching or at the time of orgasm during intercourse, masturbation or of a nocturnal emission. In humans, the ejaculate consists of sperm or seminal fluid, whereas in women, it is the fluid secreted by the glands of Skene.
Humans
The normal volume of Ejaculation is 2 to 6 mL. For an idea, the capacity allowed a teaspoon is 5 mL of liquid: beyond 6 mL, it is called hyperspermie, below 2 ml, it is called hypospermia.
During puberty, first orgasms, night (due to a wet dream) or following masturbation can take place without emission of semen, its production is not yet functional.
Apart from an active sexual stimulation, Ejaculation may occur during sleep, sometimes called the phenomenon ‘nocturnal emission’Or’ nocturnal emission ‘. These ejaculations may occur from adolescence and less frequently in adulthood and are considered normal. The wet dream is often an erotic dream. Finally, there is no correlation between abstinence and frequency.)
Ejaculation is usually concomitant with orgasm. However, the two are not related. One is the natural consequence of the other. It is common to ejaculate without orgasm (often the case of premature ejaculation) and it is also possible to have orgasms without ejaculating into his PC muscle contracting sharply when one feels the next point of no return . Already taught in some Tantric and Taoist writings, such learning allows the man not to lose his erection after orgasm without Ejaculation a first (known as injaculation, Hug reserved, dry orgasm, blow dry …) and become multi-orgasmic.
Premature Ejaculation
Premature Ejaculation occurs in less than three minutes after the onset of sexual stimulation. Although not a disease, because the man who ejaculates quickly works well sexually, it can affect the sexual relationship.
Retrograde Ejaculation
In some men, the absence of emission of semen during orgasm originates from an anatomical anomaly. Ejaculation is then redirected partially or wholly to the bladder. This possible cause of infertility can be remedied by surgery or by taking and artificial insemination.
Retrograde Ejaculation can be artificially recreated in a healthy individual, compressing the urethra by strong finger pressure to the perineum during ejaculation. However, this operation should not be performed for contraceptive purposes given the very high risk of low emission but sufficient residual fertilization.
Surgical removal of benign prostatic hyperplasia often results in secondary retrograde ejaculation.

In women
We can also talk about Ejaculation in some women, who also release a jet often during orgasm liquid secreted by the Skene’s glands located below the urethra. In general, this expulsion is linked to a G-spot stimulation and / or clitoris.
This phenomenon of highly variable Ejaculation can range from simple drop imperceptible to the release of large quantities of liquid (sometimes greater than 1 / 2 liter, several times …). Often, the evidence reveals that a couple can spend years without the occurrence of this phenomenon. Sexological studies often involving studies on the G-spot show that most women can (at least potentially) ejaculate. It also appears that it is easier to ejaculate at the approach of menstruation (hypersensitivity) during pregnancy, when the partners are in complete confidence and / or when the woman is completely relaxed and relaxed.
For lack of practice, women often find it difficult to separate the desire to ejaculate the urge to urinate. In fact, the fluid secreted is nothing in the urine, but is closer in composition of the male seminal fluid. Most of the time, the color is translucent and the liquid texture. Some women, however, an ejaculate can be more or less viscous, it stains, so sometimes a white color.
Sometimes the ejaculate mixes with cum (lubricant secreted by glands near the vagina Bartholin’s) and can occasionally cause problems for passengers the sensation of penetration.

PAINFUL Ejaculation
It is the pain at the time of male orgasm, which may occur during or after ejaculation.
CAUSES:
During ejaculation, this may be an infectious or mechanical.
Prostatitis, urethritis, an infection of the seminal vesicles, narrowing of the urethra: post traumatic and post infectious.
After ejaculation, often it is a psychic cause, although it should eliminate spasm.
WHAT TO DO?
Additional tests to investigate the cause:
– E. C. B. U. (Cyto bacteriological examination of urine) which will seek a germ (gonorrhea, Chlamydia, mycoplasma, trichomonas, candida)
– DRE, the uroflowmetry and transrectal ultrasound prostate evaluate the operation.
TREATMENT:
If an infectious cause is found: anti biotic adapted microbe discovered.
If a narrowing is found: a surgical treatment can be offered in some cases.
If nothing is obvious: we must think of a psychological problem.
